Booking policy

The first night's tariff is required upon booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is required on the arrival date. 

Payment options

Mastercard, Visa or direct deposit to our account.

Cancellations

If a cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If Woodlands Retreat is able to re-book the reserved dates, the balance of the deposit will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.

If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded unless Woodlands Retreat is able to re-book the reserved dates. If this occurs, the deposit will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.

Cancellation of any nights once you have checked in will not be refundable.

Terms and conditions

We offer our Chalet as ‘Self Contained’ - Chalet to be left in a tidy condition with all kitchen items washed and returned to cupboards.

Valid guests' credit card details are required at time of booking for surety against damage or loss during your stay at Woodlands Retreat.
